Kitchen, stewarding, service: the positions that empty first, filled through work permits.
Seasonal permits for tourist areas, 12-month permits for Athens and Thessaloniki. We find and bring, you hire.

Nobody stays in the dish pit for two seasons.
Tourism and food service hold a third of all vacancies in Greece. Kitchen and stewarding positions are the hardest to fill and the first to empty.
People who come on a work permit have a contract and a reason to stay. We find them with experience in professional kitchens and bring them with all their papers in order.
Positions we cover

- Stewarding and dishwashing

How we work together
We agree positions, numbers, period and profile. We check the quota in your region. We help with the employer documents and housing. We find the people, run the file and deliver them ready. Indicative fee: for seasonal permits, one net monthly salary of the worker, per worker, one-off. For 12-month dependent-employment contracts, 2,500 euros per worker. Travel, visa and document costs are charged separately and shown in the quote. The worker pays nothing.
What a project looks like
A typical project for a restaurant group in Athens. Numbers are indicative.
Three questions every restaurateur asks
Can we do summer only?
Yes, with a seasonal permit in tourist areas. For year-round, a 12-month dependent employment contract.
Do they work nights and weekends?
Yes. The terms go into the contract you sign with them, and we brief them before selection so there are no surprises.
Who trains them in our kitchen?
They arrive with experience and English. You train them in your kitchen in the first days. We are there for translation and integration.
