Season Staff / How it works
From the first call to the first shift: what happens and when.
Bringing workers from third countries to Greece is a process of about 4 months with many stages and two governments in between. We run all of it. You need to do three things: tell us what you need, sign, and welcome the team.

In total4months, roughly, from agreement to first shift, provided the file is complete from day one.
The 7 steps
- Needs analysis (week 1). We record positions, number of people, period, location, hours, premises. We check whether quota is available with the regional authority for these specific specialties. If not, we tell you immediately and look for an alternative.
- Quote and agreement (week 2). You get a written quote with our fee per worker (indicatively: seasonal permits one net monthly salary of the worker, 12-month contracts 2,500 euros, per worker, one-off), what it includes (search, interviews, file, visa, travel, welcome, replacement guarantee) and the terms. The worker pays nothing.
- Selecting the people (weeks 2 to 4). From our network in non-EU countries we select people with experience in the position, basic English and a clean record. We interview by video. You can join if you wish.
- Work-permit file (month 1 to 2). We prepare and submit the application in your name, with the employment contracts you will sign and all employer documents (we collect them together). Approval by the regional authority usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the region. We update you at every change of status.
- Visa and preparation in the country of origin (month 3). The consulate calls the worker, the contract is signed, the national entry visa is issued. In parallel we organise medical checks, travel and whatever the country of origin requires for departure.
- Arrival and settling in (month 4). Airport pickup, installation in the housing you have prepared, residence permit application, social security number, bank account, basic Greek, introduction to your premises and rules.
- They start. They sign the employment contract with you and join your schedule. We stay for the first weeks for integration and translation, and if someone leaves within the guarantee period, we find a replacement.

Timelines, without sugar-coating. About 4 months in total from agreement to first shift, provided the file is complete from day one. The least predictable factor is the regional authority approval and the bureaucracy of the country of origin. That is why: for staff in April, we start in December at the latest.
Season 2027: the national quota is set in the last quarter of 2026.
Whoever starts by December has people in April.
