The story

Season Staff was founded by people active in Greek tourism and food service who saw the same thing every year: hotels opening with half the staff, chefs washing dishes, owners running to regional authorities in February. We organised a service that takes all of that on: from the interview in the country of origin to the first shift, and every day after that.

What makes us different

• We do not send CVs. We run the whole permit process, from the interview in the country of origin to the residence permit and social security number, and we stay close in the first weeks.
• We work 12 months a year. Hotels and restaurants for the season, industry, construction and facility all year round. And when the people we brought want to return next season, we bring them back without a new search.
• We tell the truth about timelines. If we cannot make your season, we will tell you on the first call.

Where our workers come from

We work with licensed agencies in selected non-EU countries in Asia and Africa with which Greece has an active work-permit process. We choose per position and per client: some countries for luxury housekeeping, others for industry. Common criteria everywhere: experience in the position, basic English, clean record, video interview, medical checks.
