How we work together
We agree positions, numbers, period and profile. We check the quota in your region. We help with the employer documents and housing. We find the people, run the file and deliver them ready. Indicative fee: for seasonal permits, one net monthly salary of the worker, per worker, one-off. For 12-month dependent-employment contracts, 2,500 euros per worker. Travel, visa and document costs are charged separately and shown in the quote. The worker pays nothing.

You, as for every employee of yours: foreman, PPE, safety coordinator. We help with translating the training in the first week.
Are they insured as construction workers?
Yes, you insure them exactly like any construction worker. We deliver the social security number and residence permit ready, so the ERGANI registration can be done on day one.
Can they do a hotel renovation in winter?
Yes. On a 12-month contract the same people do renovation in winter and maintenance or a new project in summer.
