The 2026 season opened with 80,000 to 90,000 vacancies in Greek hotels and restaurants, and several properties opened late because they had no staff.
Bringing workers from third countries solves it, but it takes months of paperwork, two governments and a network in the country of origin. A hotel should host guests, not run an immigration office. That part is ours.

How we work together
We agree positions, numbers, period and profile. We check the quota in your region. We help with the employer documents and housing. We find the people, run the file and deliver them ready. Indicative fee: for seasonal permits, one net monthly salary of the worker, per worker, one-off. For 12-month dependent-employment contracts, 2,500 euros per worker. Travel, visa and document costs are charged separately and shown in the quote. The worker pays nothing.

If we start by the end of December 2026, yes. After that it depends on the region, and we will tell you clearly on the first call.
Where do they live?
For seasonal permits, housing is the employer’s obligation. Most of our clients have staff accommodation. If you do not, we help you organise it before the application.
What if someone leaves in August?
We find a replacement from our network at no new placement fee, within the agreed guarantee period. And we work from day one on making sure nobody leaves: honest briefing before they come, support when they arrive.
