Demand for workers from third countries is four times the positions approved. Quotas run out per region. The file takes months and two governments. And when the person arrives, someone has to receive them, help them settle and keep them.

Work-permit application in your name, approval, entry visa, travel, residence permit, social security number. You sign the employment contracts, nothing else.
