The 13 most common

How soon can the staff start?

About 4 months from the start of the cooperation, depending on the region and the country of origin. There is no legal way to do it in weeks. For people who have already worked a season with you, coming back is much faster.

Who is the employer?

You. The workers sign an employment contract with you, seasonal or 12-month. We take care of the search and the whole permit process, and we are paid for the service.

What does it cost?

Indicative fee: for seasonal permits, one net monthly salary of the worker, per worker, one-off. For 12-month dependent-employment contracts, 2,500 euros per worker. Travel, visa and document costs are charged separately and shown in the quote. The worker pays nothing. The quote shows exactly what is included.

Why is the price different for seasonal and 12-month?

A 12-month permit is a different process: a full dependent-employment file, a multi-year residence permit, more documents and a longer replacement guarantee. For the employer it means one person for the whole year instead of a new search every season, so per month of employment it is cheaper than seasonal.

What is the minimum duration?

A seasonal contract for the season, up to 9 months a year (tourism, food service in tourist areas), or a dependent employment contract of at least 12 months, renewable, for all sectors.

Where do the workers come from?

From selected non-EU countries in Asia and Africa, through licensed agencies. The country is chosen according to the position and your needs.

Do they speak Greek?

They speak English. We give them basic Greek before they start.

Where do they live?

For seasonal permits, housing is the employer’s obligation. Most clients have staff accommodation. If not, we help you organise it before the application.

What if someone leaves or does not perform?

We find a replacement from our network, at no new placement fee, within the agreed guarantee period.

Is it legal? What is my risk in an inspection?

It is the standard work-permit procedure of the Greek Migration Code: approval in your name, entry visa, residence permit, employment contract. We are not a temp agency and we do not lease staff. See the legal framework page.

Can I work with you for the summer only?

Yes, with a seasonal permit. And if the people want to return next season, we bring them back without a new search.

Do you provide reception, waiters, cooks?

Yes, all positions: reception, waiters, bartenders, cooks, housekeeping, stewarding. For guest-facing positions we require good English and hotel or restaurant experience.

Do you work all over Greece?

Yes, islands and mainland. Timelines differ per region because of the regional authorities.

When do I have to decide for summer 2027?

Ideally by the end of December 2026. The 2027 quota is set in the last quarter of 2026 and files take months.

Season 2027: the national quota is set in the last quarter of 2026.

Whoever starts by December has people in April.
