Who we are:
SeasonStaff was created by people who are actively involved in the tourism and catering industry, with the aim of filling a real gap in finding seasonal staff.
We started by noticing the need for hoteliers and accommodation managers to find immediate and reliable people for key positions such as housekeeping, kitchen and reception – especially during the summer months.
Having access to a network of workers, mainly from countries such as Kenya and other areas outside the EU, we organized a structured service that offers reliable partners for 4, 6 or even 12 month contracts, with all legal procedures.
We are based in Greece, we understand the needs of our clients, we speak their language and we offer person-to-person service. Our vision is to make SeasonStaff the most trusted partner for every hospitality professional in Greece.
Our Services
Housekeeping
Experienced professionals for room cleaning, linen change, maintenance of common areas.
Kitchen Staff
Assistant cooks, waiters, kitchen staff with experience in professional environments.
Reception
Front desk staff, with language skills and experience in check-in/out and customer service.
The cooperation is done with transparency, security and proper contract management. We provide staff with contracts lasting 4-6 months or 1 year, depending on the needs of each client.
